NO smoking or Vaping inside the unit! No more than 6 guests per unit. Please do not unplug the HDMI TV cables Guests must be 25 years old Please be aware: Do not tamper with, disassemble, or alter any components of the thermostat or door sensors. These sensors are connected to the thermostat and play a crucial role in controlling the HVAC system. A $300 fine will be imposed if the sensors are removed or tampered with.
Other Details to Note
Please note, the unit is set up with a starter pack of supplies when you arrive. 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry & dish pods and trash bags. You are to provide anything extra you may need.
