*Parking Passes: One covered parking pass will be provided and left on the kitchen counter. If you will need a second pass, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival. *Wristbands: Wristbands are required by the HOA for access to amenities (pool, beach gate, etc.). These will be provided for your stay—please leave them on the kitchen counter at checkout. *Beach Gear: We’re happy to provide beach gear for your use! We kindly ask that all items be rinsed off and returned to the closet after use so they stay in great condition for future guests.

Lydia’s place was great - very clean and spacious. We ended up not having the best of weather (not her fault!😊) and so spent more time inside and on the balcony than normal. Because of the weather, it was really nice to know our accommodations were clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and Lydia left lots of little special touches (coffee pods, snacks, small toiletries, etc.) which were appreciated. She also reached out several times during our stay to ensure that everything was working out well during our visit! I would recommend her place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to this area.

We absolutely loved this place. Lydia & Melissa were very sweet to let us stay, they always responded. The place was clean & looked exactly like the photos! 10/10 vacation spot & we will definitely be booking again with them! Our trip was amazing.

We had a last minute booking, and the host could not have been more accommodating! The property was clean and well secured/managed. The condo was spotless, nicely and comfortably furnished with extra linens, towels and spacious laundry room for a condo! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of premium cookware and any appliance you could ask for or need! I especially loved that this condo furnished beach chairs and beach umbrella amongst other things so our packing was light. I would definitely stay here again as it was a spacious condo for a family of 6 and a few extra visitors. The view was wonderful, and the beach walk to restaurants was doable with small children. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This place was amazing!! Our group of 6 had more than enough space!!! And it looked just like the photos! The location could not have been better with easy access to the beach!! Host was very responsive in making the reservation. I didn’t need her after that because all the details were provided and the place was perfect! It even impressed the kids :) Really appreciated the wagon and beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring all that in the car. Luxury and function combined - I would definitely book again!
